Welcome to the West Virginia Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. The WV Chapter is a non-profit trade organization chartered in 1957.  Today, the WV Chapter has about 50 members across the state.  Our mission statement is "The mission of the chapter is to support and advance the member in a relationship with the market for valuation services. The chapter exists solely for the benefit of the member."   The Chapter is one of 10 Chapters in Region V and is working to once more provide superior member benefits at the local level.
