Online News and Publications

As the world's largest publisher of real estate appraisal literature, the Appraisal Institute offers a wide range of books and other materials on subjects ranging from basic valuation theory and techniques to advanced applications. Members received discounts on the more than 60 titles available through our online bookstore.

The Appraisal Institute also publishes two quarterly periodicals, The Appraisal Journal and Valuation magazine. Both publications are free to members.

Appraiser News Online is the Appraisal Institute's free online news service covering the latest on the valuation industry, while the West Virginia Chapter E-Newsletter provides pertinent information on local issues and member offerings.
